How can I register on this website?

To register on the Popular KTM website, go to the top right corner of the webpage. You can see that there is a login tab on there. Click on to that and you will be directed to a login/registration window. If you are using our website for the first time, then you may have to register first. After successfully completing the registration process, you can log in and enjoy a customised experience.

How can I login to this website?

Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you can log in using the Email ID / Phone number as the user name and using the password that you have set for yourself during the registration process. You can also log in using the OTP option, wherein which the phone number that you have entered during the registration process can be used to log in. Enter the phone number and select the option " Login with OTP " on the login window and type in the OTP that you receive on your phone.

How to book a KTM online?

To book a KTM , select " Buy Now " option from the main page. Select the model you like and click " Book & Pay ". You will be directed to a login page first, if you are a first time user then you need to register yourself first. Registration process created a customised user interface on which you can track your orders, service options or refunds.

After you log in, you will be directed to a payment page on which you will be asked to fill up the details.

If you need loan assistance, then please click on the box next to the loan assistance option and complete the resulting online form. To make your loan procedure easier, we can forward your application to the financial service providers that are associated with us. You can track your loan status by logging in and selecting the " My Order " option from the dashboard.

How can I apply for a loan online?

If you would like to get a loan online, then you need to login to the website. Select the KTM model that you like and click on to " Book and Pay ". You will be directed to a payment window and on that window, you can see a " Need Loan Assistance " question. Click and put a tick on the box after selecting and specifying the booking amount.

You will be directed to another page, on which you have to mention the loan amount and tenure. After finishing this page, you will be directed to the loan details form page, where you have to fill up your details along with the specified documents. We will forward your finished application to the financial service providers that are associated with us. You can track your loan status by logging in and selecting the " My Order " option from the dashboard.

How can I know my loan status?

If you have successfully completed all the online forms and have opted for loan assistance, then we will forward your loan application to the financial companies that are associated with us. The sanctioning & rejection of the same is their discretion. You can find your loan status online by login into the webpage and clicking on to " My Order " tab, under that you can find the " Loan Application Status " option. The details of the loan application and its status will be listed there.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an online order prior to the billing/invoice process only. To cancel an order, log in to the website and click onto the " My Order " tab From that, select " Refund/Cancel " then fill the form and click "Send ". You can find the request status just this option.

What are the documents needed to apply for a loan?
  • Address Proof, Aadhaar Card, Voters ID or Passport for Identification purpose.
  • Rental agreement ( Notarized / Registered ) or Land Tax Certificate for Ownership Proof.
  • The last 6 months Bank Statement or Payslip for Income Proof.

Please make sure that the documents must not exceed 2MB in size & those documents that have more than one side can be simultaneously uploaded.

How can I download a payment/refund receipt?

Log in to the website and click onto the " My Order " tab. Under that, on the left side of the screen, you can find " Download Payment Receipt " & " Download Refund Receipt ". Click on to that and you can find the payment and refund receipts there.

Whats the image size of the documents to upload for a loan?

The image must be under 2MB in size of the portal to accept. Documents that have more than one side can be simultaneously uploaded. The uploaded documents can be found under My Order > View Document tab.

I can't find a certain model in the website catalogue, what to do?

In case if you can't find a model or if you are having some trouble in ordering a specific product, then please go to the home page and select Contact > Contact Us. You can also contact us via email - info@popularktm.com or using the mobile number that's listed on the top right side of the page.

How can I purchase KTM Powerparts / Powerwear?

Go to the home page and on that, click on to the Accessories section. You can see all the KTM Powerparts and Power Wear listed on the page. Click on to " Enquire Now ", fill-up the form and click " Submit".

How can I change my password?

Log-in to your account and click " My Account ". All the log-in details will be listed under this section. You can Edit your account or can Change the Password here. To change your password, click onto " Change Password " and click " Set Password ". An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile device. Enter that OTP to the website and then set your new password.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Popular KTM?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your Popular KTM account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You'll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

Can I pay with any Credit card?
You can choose to pay on Popular KTM with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.
Can I use any Debit Card to pay for my order?
You can choose to pay for your order on Popular KTM with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit Card.
How can I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:
  • Net Banking
  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India
I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean any one of the following:

1. The item has been delivered already

OR

2. The item is non-refundable

I've still not received the refund in my bank account.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.

In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.
