Exactly like on our LC8 engines, the four valves in the cylinder head of the KTM RC 125 are actuated by two overhead camshafts and ultra-hard, carbon coated cam followers, providing reliability and longevity despite the engine's high power output.
The KTM RC 125 matches all the A1 driver´s license requirements and thanks to its high power-to-weight ratio, it’s one of the most dynamic options out there for new riders.
The KTM RC 125's lightweight and precision-crafted exhaust system comprises of a side exhaust, link pipe and silencer, all engineered to meet the latest Euro 4 emission restrictions and sound regulations. Smooth power delivered with style.
The KTM RC 125 features full race-spec, upside-down forks from WP. These forks have the same 43 mm outer tube diameter as the KTM RC8 R – in other words, real racing equipment that guarantees the highest levels of stability and precision, no matter where you’re riding.
The forged aluminum triple clamps are eye-catchers and together with the clip on handlebars guarantee a pure supersport racing feeling.
As light as they are stable, the eye-catching 17 inch orange cast alloy wheels bring the whole bike together, with a 110 mm wide wheel at the front and an impressive 150 mm at the rear. In cooperation with BREMBO, KTM developed a high-tech braking system that works in perfect harmony with the state-of-the-art ABS, allowing riders to always be in full control of their KTM RC 125. With a four piston radially bolted caliper and a 300 mm brake disc on the front, paired with a single piston floating caliper and a 230 mm disc on the rear, the KTM RC 125 delivers exceptional pro-level braking, no matter how hard you're riding.
The KTM RC 125 features a sleek, steel fuel tank with a 10 liter capacity (including a 1.5 liter reserve tank). The tank has been developed to perfectly match the supersport style of the RC with smooth rider ergonomics. Thanks to the economic engine, the KTM RC 125 offers considerable range with this tank, even when riding in full sport mode all day long.
The handlebars on the KTM RC 125 offer the perfect riding position for on-road domination. The clip-on bars and strategically positioned switches contribute greatly to the bikes sporty and aggressive riding position, whilst also enhancing control for perfect lines through any corner.
The two-part seat offers first class, supersport ergonomics with perfect support for both rider and pillion. A seat height of 820 mm enables riders to have a secure position, whilst also being high enough for circuit-style riding. The Pillion seat has been integrated into the bodywork so as not to compromise the supersport look of the KTM RC 125, whilst also ensuring excellent comfort for the passenger.

A 100% digital LCD display has everything you would expect from a state-of-the-art KTM motorcycle, including engaged gear, fuel gauge and service reminder information.
